Food Photography Ideas: You Wouldn’t Think About Food Photos the Same Way Again

“Her ability to transform ordinary materials into complex and unexpected visual experiences has been utilized to develop concepts for clients from the fields of culture and business in several countries. “

This Sarah Illenberger is quirky! You wouldn’t look at fruits and veggies the same way again as you smile and heartily feel fascinated with these food photos from her. With her playfulness and imagination, she is able to bring a more exciting light for each of this featured food.

If you see your favorite being shown as something else, just let go of a smile and share it to your friends!

I have seen food photos with a sense of quirk but I have to say this series from her has really refreshed my mind. Each image makes me say ‘I wish I thought about that!” or “oh that is so brilliant!”. This is certain – she is one big dreamer. I can even hear her daydream and imagine everyday stuff into something extraordinary.

I guess that’s what real great minds are. This photographer has a way with converting the mundane into something fun.

Have you ever tried re-imaging fruits and vegetables? What about other related ideas? Should be challenging!

About Kristine Buenavista

Tin oftentimes takes her folding bike and old camera along country roads. Sometimes, she forgets to take pictures (though she never forgets when she finds great photos elsewhere). She narrates through words and images here. Travel, creativity, laughter, cerveza negra, scavenge hunt for beauty, starry-windy nights are among the things that make her feel weightless.
